Elite PR is an entertainment publicity firm built around talent—musicians, creators, actors and athletes at both emerging and established stages of their careers.
Every campaign begins with something worth introducing to the public. It may be a debut single, a new album, a tour, a feature film, a guest role, an awards campaign or the next chapter of an ongoing career. For creators and athletes, the story may not be tied to one release at all. The work begins by identifying what makes the talent compelling now—and building a narrative audiences and the media can follow.
Press matters at every stage. For emerging talent, the right coverage establishes identity, credibility and a strong foundation before public perception has already been formed. MATT YORIO
Founding Partner
Matt Yorio is the Founding Partner of Elite PR, with a career spanning major live entertainment, record-label marketing and talent publicity.
He began at AEG Live, contributing to the marketing of landmark events and tours including Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball Tour, Coachella and Stagecoach. He then joined Universal Music Group, gaining firsthand experience inside the label system and supporting high-profile artist campaigns, including work surrounding Taylor Swift’s Speak Now release.
Matt later joined MLC PR, where he rose from assistant to Vice President of Publicity. Over nearly a decade, he helped build the firm’s music division while representing emerging and established talent across music, film and television, and digital media. His campaigns contributed to Grammy wins, millions of Spotify streams, high-profile media placements, major brand partnerships and international expansion, including the opening of the firm’s London office.
His work has included leading publicity for Emmy and Golden Globe campaigns, film festival launches and international touring campaigns—supporting household-name talent as well as artists and creators at the earliest stages of their careers.
Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Music Industry, and a Master’s degree in Communication Management with a focus on Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California.
At Elite PR, Matt brings that experience to campaigns built to make talent impossible to overlook—creating press legitimacy, defining a public narrative and building momentum from a first introduction to the next major chapter.
